

| Ellen has always had a passion for cooking. She has 12 years combined experience as a personal and professional chef having worked in restaurants including Moose's in San Francisco and Gramercy Tavern and The River Cafe in New York. She's also done high-end catering with highly-regarded chefs such as Paula LeDuc and Mychael Chang. Training in the preparation of French, Italian, Mediterranean, Indian, Thai and Chinese cuisines has shaped the tapestry of Ellen's great variety of meals. She has been a personal chef for the past 8 years, cooking nightly diners as well as catering parties. |
